I’d like to challenge all the Moms and Dads out there this month. Yes, I know its already August 2nd but August is 31 days and you can always tack on an extra day at the end if you really want to.
It’s this simple. For each day during the month of August do the plank exercise for at least 3 minutes. Challenge yourself to increase the time if this is easy for you. If it is challenging for you then take a break after each minute but you need to do it every day!
You can do it! A strong core equals a strong family unit! Healthy parents are happy parents. Happy parents have happy families!
